It’s often the hardest question to answer but we have a guide which will help you estimate the space you need.

If you find you need more or less storage when you come to putting you items in storage then we can upsize or downscale into another storage unit.

We have 3 main types of storage options which are suitable for a range of storage needs, some examples below:

Indoor rooms: household items, white goods, electrical items, boxes, sofa’s and bedframes (dependant on size of room), archiving

Wooden crates: household items, white goods, electrical items, boxes, archiving

Containers: household items, white goods, electrical items, boxes, sofa’s and bedframes (dependant on size of room), garage items, bikes, tools

We take reservations on storage space up to 30 days before you want to start using it.  To secure the space you need to pay a deposit which is refunded at the end of the storage agreement

We accept payments online, over the phone or direct debit

We take a £25 deposit to secure you unit at the time of booking.  This is then used as a security deposit for your rental period.  Once the unit is vacated and left clean and tidy then the deposit is returned to the card it was paid on.

As part of your storage agreement that you will need to complete to store with us, you must have insurance.

For the safety of our staff and other customers you are not allowed to store any of the following items

• • Food or perishable goods
  • Birds, fish, animals or any other living creatures
  • Combustible or flammable materials or liquids such as gas, paint, petrol, oil or cleaning solvents
  • Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition
  • Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents
  • Toxic waste, asbestos or other materials of a potentially dangerous nature
  • Any item which emits any fumes, smell or odour
  • Any illegal substances, illegal items or goods illegally obtained, including counterfeit goods, illicit (smuggled/counterfeit) tobacco, illicit alcohol, unlicensed medicines, unsafe goods (including toys, electrical items, cosmetics, fireworks)
  • Compressed gases

There is a 1 month minimum storage period for all of our units.

When you want to leave we require 14 days notice

We take security very seriously and all ours sites have

• CCTV monitored by staff
• Out of hours alarm with remote monitoring
• Outdoor lighting activated dusk until dawn
• High perimeter fencing
• Gates locked during out of hours (access code to customers provided)

We don’t offer removals but we partner with Its In Transit who are a local company and have a range of removals services
